ABOUT

My path to wellness has taken over 25 years and has included formal education, work in business, as well as lessons learned from countless teachers. I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and my Master of Arts in Counseling from Loyola, Chicago. I have also trained in Meditation, Intuitive Healing, and most recently NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM)® including level 2, level 3 (Master), and ongoing participation in level 4 (Post-Masters). Learn more about NARM.

While I have been well-educated and continue to pursue additional training, it is my personal journey that most informs my understanding of well-being. My own recovery and growth have made me passionate about helping others connect with themselves and create a sense of well-being.

I don't operate from the perspective that one is sick or broken. My wellness model works to identify obstacles in your life while supporting personal growth in order to create and sustain a state of well-being. My approach encourages individuals to realize and cultivate a relationship with themselves despite current and/or past circumstances that are in the way. I help my clients access and sustain their connection to themselves so they can have the relationships, careers, and lives they desire.

A result of my wide-ranging experience is a well-developed and demonstrated ability to communicate and work with many types of personalities. I have a collaborative and supportive working style and consider myself a guide, not an authority.

I live in Wilmette, IL with my husband and our rescue dog, Hope.
