My philosophy focuses on wellness rather than the traditional medical model of illness. My wellness model works to identify obstacles in your life while developing a connection to self in order to create and sustain a state of well-being. I would be honored to be a part of that process for you. Zoom, phone, or FaceTime sessions are available.
